1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the x777cc Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the x777cc Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. x777cc reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.3 Account Verification

x777cc may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before activating your Account, processing withdrawals, or granting access to certain promotions. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.4 Account Activation

x777cc reserves the right to accept or decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for any refusal.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your x777cc Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• You must notify x777cc immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• x777cc will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• x777cc recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance Account security.

All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified x777cc of a security breach.

6. Deposits

All deposits to your x777cc Account are subject to the following terms:

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

x777cc accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

6.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. x777cc reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your x777cc Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. x777cc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that you legally own and that are free from any encumbrance. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud or money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your x777cc Account are subject to the following conditions:

7.1 KYC Requirement

All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification. x777cc will not process any withdrawal until your identity has been verified to our satisfaction. This is a regulatory requirement and is non-negotiable.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. x777cc reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests.

7.5 Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

x777cc offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. x777cc reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

9. Betting Rules

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

9.3 Technical Malfunctions

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of x777cc.

12. Privacy

15. Amendments

x777cc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, x777cc will notify registered Players via email or an on-screen notification upon login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the x777cc Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting x777cc support.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the x777cc Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
